60-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with
your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original
condition from the date of their receipt.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 60 days from when
the original order was received.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without
scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any
way.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method
that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not
be processed.
For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the
returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will
be deducted from the refund.
Note:Please do not send your return
to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will
affect the processing of your return.
Non-Refundable Items
Personalized items are non-refundable, unless the engravings or photos
are totally different from what you provided to us.
Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are
not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not
refundable.
Gnoce jewelry is designed to last, which is why all of our products are covered by a
one-year warranty, starting from the day when your original order is received.
Warranty Terms
Customer is responsible for any shipping fees required to send products back to Gnoce.
Customer must contact Gnoce to lodge their warranty claim and request the return shipping address before
sending back any items.
Customer must ensure that items are safely packed before shipping. Gnoce will not be responsible for any
lost or stolen items.
When sending back the items, customer must use tracked shipping. Packages sent without tracking will not
be processed.
Gnoce reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or
damage beyond normal wear, as determined by our jewelry professionals.

Really pleased with what I received, the products look even more beautiful in real life than in photos! Will definitely be buying more. The price is really good too considering quality received.
Shipping took 2.5 weeks to arrive to destination. I don't mind as this was just a bracelet for myself, I'm pretty sure they are shipping from an international location but I don't really care since it was free shipping anyway. If you're buying as a gift maybe give yourself plenty of time.
Just a note for other customers that while their paid bracelets vary between stainless steel and sterling silver, the free bracelet and safety chain are 100% stainless steel (as described when added to cart) so no surprises, so that's the "catch," but I think it's pretty good. Got it for free after all, at competitors these two would cost 148AUD minimum together in sterling silver.
I'm a big fan of charm bracelets and have been branching out into different brands and I really like the styles that Gnoce offers at the price point they have. It's nice seeing cute ethereal styles (reminds me of stuff I would see on Xiaohongshu) and they also offer more goth, black charms that still retain cuteness.
I really like that there are so many fine and exquisite designs, I can't wait to get more charms!!
